The Deutsch DT06-08SA-C015 is a 8-position receptacle housing engineered for the DT series of environmentally sealed connectors. Engineered for 13A continuous current at 250V and operating temperatures from -55 °C to +125 °C, the housing accepts Size 16 solid contacts (sold separately) and is rated to IP68 for dust ingress and continuous water immersion.

Mating and Integration
The DT06-08SA-C015 mates directly with the DT04-8P-E004 on the opposite harness side, providing a fully sealed in-line connection. Push-to-seat solid contacts are crimped to the wire, then inserted into the housing from the rear until they lock into the cavity. A secondary lock wedge (where applicable to the DT series cavity arrangement) provides positive contact retention.

It is commonly specified for mining haul trucks, drilling equipment, and underground loaders, as well as military and specialty vehicle platforms requiring ruggedized interconnects.
